Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Really good with locally grown greens, sliced heirloom apples, dried cherries, and match stick cut grass fed cheddar or blue cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar, preferably raw
- 1 ea. Apple, peeled and cut up
- 1/2 cup. Honey
- 10 oz. Salad oil
- To taste FG Pepper
- To taste Salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine vinegar, apples and honey in small bowl.
- 2. Add oil and blend with electric hand blender or regular blender until well emulsified.
- 3. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. If too tart, add more oil; if too oily, add more vinegar.
Notes
- Great way to use apples with blemishes or ones that are getting soft.
