Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Really good with locally grown greens, sliced heirloom apples, dried cherries, and match stick cut grass fed cheddar or blue cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar, preferably raw
  2. 1 ea. Apple, peeled and cut up
  3. 1/2 cup. Honey
  4. 10 oz. Salad oil
  5. To taste FG Pepper
  6. To taste Salt
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine vinegar, apples and honey in small bowl.
  2. 2. Add oil and blend with electric hand blender or regular blender until well emulsified.
  3. 3. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. If too tart, add more oil; if too oily, add more vinegar.
Notes
  1. Great way to use apples with blemishes or ones that are getting soft.
