Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
  1. 6 1/4 cups unbleached flour or you can use 1/2 whole wheat
  2. 5 tsp. baking powder
  3. 2 1/3 tsp. baking soda
  4. 6 1/2 cups buttermilk
  5. 6 oz. melted butter
  6. 5 eggs
  7. 1 tbsp. salt
  8. 2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Combine milk and melted butter to egg stir well.
  3. Add liquid ingredients to the dry.
  4. Stir until just mixed, does not have to be smooth.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle at 350F
  6. Served with softened butter and real maple syrup.
