3/4 cup Champagne or tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp Garlic purée
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh dill (1/2 Tbsp. if dry)
1 tsp fresh ground White pepper
2 Tbsp Fresh tarragon (1/2 Tbsp. if dry)
2 Tbsp Fresh thyme (1 Tbsp. if dry)
1 1/2 fl oz Dijon mustard
2 cups Pure olive oil
1/3 cups Salad oil

Method:
Pour champagne vinegar in Robot Coupe or hand blender first.
Add the other 7 ingredients. Stir to combine.
ADD OILS SLOWLY. Mix for 3 min. (until creamy)
the yield of 3/4 quart.
