Slaw
  1. 2.5 Shredded cabbage
  2. 1/2 ea. Green peppers medium dice
  3. 1/4 ea. Red pepper medium dice
  4. 1/4 ea. Yellow pepper medium dice
  5. 1 ea. Red onion small, medium dice
  6. 6 Oz. Bacon bits, cooked/drained crispy
Dressing
  1. 2 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  2. 2/3 Cup Sugar
  3. 3/4 Tbsp Season Salt like Lawry’s
  4. 1/2 Tbsp Pepper shallot
  5. 3/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl. In larger bowl mix salad ingredients. Add dressing to salad and mix. Let sit 1-6 hours before serving.
