Slaw
- 2.5 Shredded cabbage
- 1/2 ea. Green peppers medium dice
- 1/4 ea. Red pepper medium dice
- 1/4 ea. Yellow pepper medium dice
- 1 ea. Red onion small, medium dice
- 6 Oz. Bacon bits, cooked/drained crispy
Dressing
- 2 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Tbsp Season Salt like Lawry’s
- 1/2 Tbsp Pepper shallot
- 3/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl. In larger bowl mix salad ingredients. Add dressing to salad and mix. Let sit 1-6 hours before serving.
