Grilled Shrimp with Rosemary, Garlic & Lemon

Ingredients
  1. 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  2. 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh rosemary
  3. 2 Tbsp. Garlic, sliced
  4. 2 tsp. Grated lemon zest
  5. 1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper
  6. To taste Salt and freshly ground pepper
  7. 24 ea. Jumbo shrimp (16/20) peeled and deveined.
  8. Serve as is!

Instructions
  1. 1. Combine in large bowl, oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to
  2. taste.
  3. 2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for 1 - 3 hours.
  4. 3. Grill over medium heat 3 - 4 minutes per side.
Notes
  1. To refresh frozen shrimp, soak 20 minutes in salted water in refrigerator - 1 qt. water, 2 Tbsp. salt.
  2. Drain, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
