Ingredients
  1. 2 cup flour (10.5 oz)
  2. 4 Tbl sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp. salt
  4. 8 Oz butter
  5. 8 Cups apple slices
  6. 1/2 Cup sugar
  7. 1 Tsp cinnamon
  8. Streusel
  9. 1 Cup flour
  10. 1 Cup sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp. salt
  12. 4 oz butter
  13. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix first four ingredients like a piecrust
  2. Pat in greased pan
  3. Toss the next three ingredients and spread over crust
  4. Top with streusel
  5. Bake until golden brown
Notes
  1. Can substitute ½ whole wheat flour.
