Lloyd's Curry-Carrot Soup

Ingredients
  1. 1 large onion
  2. 3 ribs of celery
  3. 4 lbs carrots
  4. 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  5. 1 tsp white pepper
  6. 2 tsp thyme
  7. 2 tsp basil
  8. 1.5 tsp cumin
  9. 2 tbsp. sweet curry powder
  10. Vegetable Stock
  11. 1/4 cup honey
  12. 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Step One: Sauté onion, carrot and celery in
  2. butter until onions are translucent.
  3. Step Two: Add garlic and spices, sauté for one minute.
  4. Step Three: Add vegetable stock to cover by one
  5. inch, simmer until carrots are soft.
  6. Step Four: Puree slowly in food processor.
  7. Step Five: Return to pot and add the honey heavy cream, simmer on low for 10 minutes, salt to
  8. taste.
