Maple Teriyaki Salmon
  1. 1 cup Maple syrup
  2. 1 cup White wine
  3. 9 tbsp. Tamari or Soy sauce
  4. 1 ea. Onion, minced
  5. 6 cloves Garlic
  1. 12 ea. Salmon steaks
  1. Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; cool marinade.
  2. Marinate salmon 1 to 3 hours; grill and baste with marinade.
  3. Bring remaining marinade to boil and serve on the side.
  4. You can also pour marinade over fish and roast in oven.
