Multi-grain Pancakes
  1. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup AP flour
  3. 1/4 cup each of cornmeal and rolled oats
  4. 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  5. 1 t soda
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 cup each of buttermilk and sour cream
  8. Butter (for cooking)
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk eggs in medium bowl add
  2. buttermilk and sour cream. Add to dry ingredients, do not over mix. Use a 2oz ladle.
