Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups Strawberries
  2. 3 cups Rhubarb
  3. 1/2 cup Honey
  4. 1 tbsp. Flour
Topping
  1. 1 cup Rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  3. 3/4 tea. Cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tea. Allspice
  5. 1/3 cup Butter
  6. 1/3 cup Flour
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix fruit, honey and flour together and place in 8x8 pan.
  2. 2. Combine topping and sprinkle over fruit.
  3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Notes
  1. You may use all rhubarb. Just add 1/4 cup more honey
