Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
- 3 cups Strawberries
- 3 cups Rhubarb
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp. Flour
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 3/4 tea. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tea. Allspice
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Flour
Instructions
- 1. Mix fruit, honey and flour together and place in 8x8 pan.
- 2. Combine topping and sprinkle over fruit.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Notes
- You may use all rhubarb. Just add 1/4 cup more honey
